How we approach it
A leak rarely starts where the stain appears. We trace it back to the actual entry point — usually a flashing, a valley or a lifted sheet — and quote on fixing that, rather than sealing the ceiling and waiting for the next big southeaster.
On new work we install IBR and corrugated sheeting, tiled roofs and flat roof systems, with fixings and overlaps specified for coastal wind loading. We also handle the parts people forget until they fail: gutters, fascias, ridging and roof-mounted waterproofing.
